Connect Desktop:
Unified Communications

The connect desktop is the unified communications solution designed for anywhere between 1 & 5000 users in your ogransations and can be easily scaled to accommodate growth. 


The desktop version of Connect can be run as a CTI client, working with your desktop phone or as a softphone, connecting as a SIP device to the cloud phone system and providing the user to make or receive calls directly from the computer.


It provides access for Siptrix Systems users to control their presence and to see the presence and status of other users within their organisation.

Deskphone/Softphone mode

Users of Connect can switch between two different modes of operation:



Deskphone Mode - Connect works as a CTI client, providing notifications and features based on calls made on a user's desktop (or mobile) phones.

Softphone Mode - Connect works as a SIP softphone, allowing the user to make calls directly from their computer.


Where available, users are free to switch between modes as required.
